| Student Matthew Ong, 17, says, "They wear shorts for us to see."

WHAT KIND OF DELUDED FOOL IS THIS MATTHEW?! Girls wear shorts for guys to see?! What am I supposed to say? Guys wear slippers for us to see their ugly hairy fat toes?!! Wear singlets to show off pasty arms and gross armpit hair?! Ohmygosh. For your information, OH MATTHEW, I'd like to say that most girls wear shorts for a) Comfort and convenience b) To look good for THEMSELVES c) To look good in front of their FEMALE peers. It's true that a lot of girls engage in competitive dressing. Not simply for YOU to see.
Shorts are meant for convenience, anyway. I don't even think they look good, nor sexy. Looks plain.. HOME CLOTHES. I'd safely say that most girls DON'T wear shorts for guys to see.

Look, this was taken just days before th start of our NEWTs! Ripped it off Wan er's blog. See how EXHAUSTED Jo and I are after an entire day of intense studying? :D I'm sleeping WITHOUT a care for pesky white dogs around and Jo seems to have stuffed her face in th mattress! We have been working hard indeed. And one asks, WHERE'S WAN ER? Well, she was th one SLACKING and taking photos while we worked hard and earned th well-deserved break! (And Aly and Char were studying downstairs.)

Well, credit shall be given to her, for being th only one of US to actly give out pre-exam gifts! I think we totally couldn't be bothered this year. Hahaha.

:D Had Aly, Char, Wan er, Jo and Erica over to study today! Haha, okay basically, in short,
-Aly called me crazy and threw napkins at people and turned into a Countrybastard-stealer (in Wan er's dream) but showed her true prowess as a TV repair person,
-Char behaved piggily and shouted at Wan er over Polar Snacks and cookies in said dream but was exonerated after offering to buy food,
-Jo shouted very very very loudly at Wan er over University entrance and practically jumped into my brother's television when 2pm came on during th K-pop music show (wearing leopard-preenz) but also showed her true prowess when she helped Aly with th TV,
-Wan er gasped when she saw my brother her future husband (this is like Lindo and Tyan-yu!) and kept blocking th screen during th K-pop show,
-Erica and I behaved very very sanely throughout:D
Yeah, actly when everyone tells us to treasure our time as students, I totally get what they mean. Yeah, it's true that we have like, REALLY big worries, yknow, like whether Aly's gonna steal boyfriends anytime soon, or whether th study venue has maggi/eggs, or whether Cambridge will yi ge GL and test only one Cold War question, or whether we can even make it to FASS, or any University, for that matter,
I really am loving every single minute of my time now. And I'm gonna fully enjoy it and look back at it with fond memories, like how I look back at my O Level days. Seriously, I may not actly.. Uh, LIKE studying, nor th ULTIMATE KEESIAO FEELING THAT ONE GETS BEFORE EXAMS (though people like Gongs and Yumeng are always nicely calm people to be around), but these are th times that one would remember th most in future. In such TIMES THAT TRY (WO)MEN'S SOULS, you really do feel th love and support that everyone's sharing. Th incessant planning of after-As activities, th lovely messages that get sent around (JAEBOOM! HAHA. Oh, Aly was th best! Before Intl Hist, she sent me this, "Okay. This is it. We will remember everything and score A later. We are St Nicks' girls!!!" <333), th plotting to form human chains and sing in 48hour shifts - wearing Norvin-masks and using his voice - (PEOPLE POWER!) to save th Duck's bride, Coffee Bean chatter on th weirdest topics ever, ultimate question-spotting with Song and Aly, pre-paper prayers with th girls and Nwong and Chuanyi (where I always get damn specific, but hey, God's been blessing me with doable papers so far!).. How everyone's sticking by each other and working towards a common goal:D
So yes, I will treasure this final week and.. few more days. 2 more subjects, 4 more papers. AND THESE ARE TH TWO THAT I DIE DIE MUST SCORE OH NO. Okaykay, Econs and Lit! As Jillian says, BANKAI BALLZ!
Ps: Omg I just realised today that I've been calling my St Nicks' doll Precious, when actually she's Gracious! I ALWAYS THOUGHT SHE WAS TH JIEJIE! I can't believe this! Oh it's quite sweet- Erica's older sister has Precious and she has Gracious:D And Jo has both! Okay okay enough of talking rubbish and having fun with FAULTY laptops. I'm off to study:D

When th day before, she actually typed this out.
"i'm going blind reading nick's cuba notes. i think the vision i am experiencing now is hers when she tore her cornea. gosh. i'm wearing specs + zoom x3 to read it! (okay actually i can see without the specs but... i just want to make the pink notes seem more terrible for effect, girls tend to dramatize and digress you see :D)"
SEE! SEE! PROOF OF HER MEANNESS! I let you read my PRETTY PINK NOTES and this is what you say! Hmmph! I even let you do H1 Math!! That is supposed to be.. Inaccessible territory for Math geniuses like you!
And just th other day, she said that she'd RISE LIKE ETHNO-NATIONALISM against me, and I asked her, just exactly how different are we ethnically? AND LOOK AT THIS.

FASHION CAME OUT FOR GP! OMG THAT WAS A COMPLETE GODSEND. Jillian, Noreen and I just keesiao:D Hahahah. And then everyone started going, "So, Ris, are you a fashionista?" TONNES of examples:D I had so many more points and examples but then my essay would have been rly long if I hadn't cut them all.

Andandand! Th WOTD initiative wasn't wasted after all. "Pernicious" appeared in th passage and one of th questions! Even though it wasn't in th Vocab section. So cool right:D Wan er supplied that word! Srsly, th WOTD thing wasn't even constant and we didn't supply words consistently everyday but PERNICIOUS! I totally gasped and giggled on th spot:D
OKAY, TMR, NICE QUESTIONS WILL BE TESTED FOR INTL! :D:D Like SEA. All that we spotted came out:D Even though I was bloody NERVOUS and couldn't think clearly initially and th quality of my essays were really sloppy): I just hope it'll suffice. Oh and Math went perfectly:D Okay okay INTL GOODBYE!
